Privacy Policy

This site introduces Robbie Poe and his work. You can browse without creating an account, follow a link to learn about a business, book a conversation, or send an email through the contact form. This policy explains what information those actions involve.

The short version: We use your inquiry to respond to you. The website does not automatically add you to a mailing list or run optional analytics or advertising pixels. Hosting and security providers still process technical data, and your browser stores privacy and accessibility preferences. Booking and social links lead to separate services.

1. Who is responsible

SingleStack LLC, operating publicly under the Robbie Poe name (“we,” “us,” or “our”), is responsible for the information it handles through robbiepoe.com and related inquiries.

This policy also describes our handling of information you choose to share with us through our publication at words.robbiepoe.com. It does not replace the separate policies of Substack, Calendly, Atlas Visibility, social platforms, or other destinations you visit. A separately contracted service may provide additional privacy and confidentiality terms for its own intake and work.

2. When you browse

DigitalOcean hosts the site, and Cloudflare helps deliver and protect it. These services may process your IP address, requested page or file, browser and device information, request time, referring information, and other technical data used for delivery, security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. Infrastructure logs are different from optional advertising or audience-measurement tools.

Fonts are served with the site rather than requested from a third-party font service. The Atlas logo is loaded from atlasvisibility.com when that image is needed. Loading it sends a normal image request, including your IP address and browser/request information, to that destination and its infrastructure. It does not send the contents of your contact form.

The current website has no user accounts, payment checkout, embedded scheduling widget, or public comment form. No optional analytics platform, advertising pixel, or behavioral-advertising script is currently enabled.

3. When you email us

The contact form requests your name, email address, and message. It also sends a required Terms/Privacy acknowledgment, page/source metadata, a form-start timestamp, and a hidden anti-spam field. The acknowledgment is validated to allow the submission; it is not a newsletter subscription or consent to unrelated marketing.

The form sends information over HTTPS to our n8n-based automation. The automation checks the submission for validity and automated abuse, then uses Resend to deliver your name, email address, and message to Robbie’s Google Workspace business mailbox. A reply and any follow-up correspondence are also handled through business email.

The automation is configured not to save its execution payloads and does not add inquiries to a database, CRM, or subscriber list. This does not mean that the information disappears after sending: email copies, delivery records, infrastructure logs, and backups may remain with the relevant providers. The form does not autosave message drafts in browser storage.

We use this information to understand your request, respond, arrange a conversation, assess whether a separate engagement may be appropriate, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary correspondence records. Sending a message does not automatically enroll you in a newsletter.

Please do not include passwords, Social Security numbers, financial-account details, complete tax returns, medical records, estate or litigation documents, or other sensitive material. This is an introductory contact form, not a secure client-document portal.

4. When you book a meeting

“Book a conversation” opens Calendly in a separate tab. Calendly is not embedded in this page and does not receive a contact-form message simply because you view the meeting card.

If you proceed with a booking, Calendly processes the information you enter—such as your name, email address, chosen time, time zone, and answers to booking questions. We receive information needed to arrange and manage the meeting. Calendar or meeting services used for the appointment may also process scheduling information.

Calendly’s own website practices and its processing of scheduling information are described in its Privacy Notice. Review the notices of any additional service you choose to use. This website does not itself record meetings.

5. Cookies and browser preferences

Essential security

Cloudflare may set security cookies, including __cf_bm, to distinguish legitimate visits from automated abuse. That cookie has been observed on this site before an optional-technology choice is made. Cloudflare describes it as a bot-protection cookie that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. These security functions are not turned off by “Reject All.” Cloudflare’s cookie documentation provides more detail.

Privacy and accessibility settings

When you choose “Accept All” or “Reject All,” the site saves your choice, the consent version, and the selection time in this browser’s local storage. Accessibility settings are stored separately so the site can remember your display preferences. These preferences stay in the browser; the site does not send them with your contact message.

These records do not have a fixed automatic expiry in the current implementation. They remain until you change or clear them, the browser removes them, or a relevant site update requires a new choice. Settings do not automatically carry over to another browser or device.

Optional tools and your choices

No optional analytics or advertising tools are currently enabled. The controls are available to record your preference; “Accept All” does not itself install a tracker. Optional permission is off unless you affirmatively accept the current consent version. A recognized Global Privacy Control signal or supported legacy Do Not Track signal keeps optional permission off, even if a previous selection was “Accept All.”

You can reopen Cookie Choices in the footer at any time, or change your cookie choices here. You can also manage cookies and local storage through your browser. Clearing storage may reset preferences; blocking essential technologies may affect site features.

If we introduce optional tools, we will update the notice to describe them and obtain any consent required for their use. A general website or form agreement is not a substitute for that choice.

6. Who receives information

Providers involved in the current website and inquiry process include:

• DigitalOcean and Cloudflare: hosting, delivery, technical operations, and security.
• Our n8n-based automation: form validation, abuse checks, and routing the message.
• Resend: transactional email delivery and related delivery records.
• Google Workspace: business email and, where used, calendar services.
• Calendly and the relevant calendar/meeting services: scheduling when you choose to book.

Providers process information to perform their services and may also handle technical or account information for their own lawful operational purposes under their agreements and policies. The fact that a provider supports this site does not make its separate website subject to this policy.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to obtain professional advice, comply with law or valid legal process, address fraud or security incidents, enforce an agreement, or protect rights and safety. Information may be transferred in a business sale, merger, or reorganization, subject to applicable privacy obligations.

An introductory message is not blanket permission to circulate your personal documents among potential advisers. Any information sharing for a separate client engagement is governed by its authorization, agreement, and applicable law.

7. Advertising, sales, and other sites

We do not sell contact information for money. The current website does not disclose personal information to advertising platforms for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. Necessary hosting, security, and email processing are described above; they are not advertising-audience enrollment.

Links to Atlas Visibility, LinkedIn, Instagram, Substack, or another site are not embedded social widgets. Clicking a link takes you to that service, where its own cookies, collection, and privacy practices apply. This policy does not make claims about tracking or data uses on those separate services.

If you separately subscribe to or interact with our Substack publication, we may receive subscriber details, preferences, messages, public interactions, and readership information that Substack makes available to publishers. We use information we receive to operate the publication and respond to readers. Substack also processes information for its own platform purposes under its Privacy Policy. Unsubscribe through a publication email or your Substack settings; we may retain a minimal record needed to honor that choice.

8. How long information stays

We retain information for the time reasonably needed to handle the request and meet legitimate recordkeeping, security, legal, and operational needs. There is not one retention period for every type of information.

Relevant factors include whether correspondence or a meeting is ongoing, whether a client engagement follows, the need to document a request or resolve a dispute, applicable legal requirements, and provider log and backup cycles. Email correspondence and scheduling records may outlast the website automation that delivered them. Browser-preference retention is explained above.

You can ask us to delete information. Some records may need to be retained for a lawful reason or remain in protected backups until those backups are overwritten in the ordinary course. We do not promise immediate deletion from every provider or backup system.

9. Security and sensitive information

We use safeguards appropriate to operating the site and handling ordinary inquiries, including encrypted website/form connections and validation intended to reduce automated abuse. No website, mailbox, provider, or transmission method is completely secure.

Do not use the public form or ordinary email for confidential client files or urgent instructions. If sensitive information is needed for a separately agreed engagement, follow its intake instructions. We will provide security-incident notices when required by applicable law.

10. Your privacy requests

Depending on the law that applies to you and to our processing, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; or opt out of a covered sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising practice. Where applicable, you may also use an authorized agent, appeal a decision, or complain to the relevant regulator. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right.

Email [email protected] with the subject Privacy Request and tell us what you are requesting. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity or an agent’s authority. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless we explain why they are needed and how to provide them appropriately.

Requests are subject to applicable exceptions, including information needed for legal compliance, security, disputes, and honoring communication preferences. If you want to appeal a response where that right applies, reply to the same address and request an appeal. Requests about a third-party platform’s independent processing may also need to go directly to that provider.

11. Children and international visitors

This site is intended for adults and business owners, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information, contact us so we can review and address it.

SingleStack operates from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where the relevant providers operate, whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Accessing the site does not waive protections that applicable law provides.

12. Updates and contact details

We will update this policy when our practices or relevant requirements change and revise the date above. Material changes affecting previously collected information will receive any additional notice or consent required by law.
